Sheikh Mohamed Bin Issa Al Jaber and Sir Tim Lankaster signing donation contracts

Sheikh Mohamed has been an active philanthropist for more than 20 years, focusing on education, cultural dialogue and good governance.

Much of his philanthropic work is managed through the MBI Al Jaber Foundation, a UK registered charity (Number:1093439) which aims to  build bridges between the Middle East and the wider world.  However, he has also been active in a private capacity, making personal donations to help individuals and organisations which support his philanthropic aims. Examples of the projects funded by Sheikh Mohamed include a journalists training course for members of the Mauritanian press corps and the funding of Kitâb fî Jarîda, a “book in a newspaper”.
